Manufacturing overview

Fluid Motion Sales, Inc. specializes in custom system valve integration. The base component to valve integration is multi-function valve housings. Our valve housings consist of common valve cavities, communicating together, inside a single housing also known as a manifold. The manifold reduces installation time, machine space, and leakage points. Most fluid power systems have similar valve requirements, including endless variables of fluid power options. Custom housings allow ideal location of ports, mounting, and pairing of logical function.

The development of our integrated systems begins with schematic design, using iDesign software, available upon request. Your circuit can be illustrated with automation, showing engineered performance and functional analysis. This will impact complete fluid power system response, allowing efficient motion control.

The next design step is to model an assembly with 2D AutoCAD or 3D SolidWorks. Our design specialists are very knowledgeable with machining parameters. This knowledge can reduce manufacturing time and decrease costs.

Prototypes are a priority, during the production scheduling of your design. Testing for each unit is available per quote, upon request.

Our facility is conveniently located in North Dallas with 11,000 square feet of production space. This facility is equipped with precision computer controlled machining centers and adheres to ISO 9001 procedures. Quality is our focus, starting with designing, programming, machining and vendor supplied components. To ensure complete quality, our procedures are monitored with the newest software listed below.
